Dear Valued Customer,
We wish to advise that the vessel containing our fresh supply of produce will arrive on the afternoon of Thursday September 8th , 2016. We anticipate having this product on display by 10am on Friday September 9th , 2016.
This week's fresh fruits and vegetables will include Granny Smith Apples, Baby Spinach, Hass Avocadoes, Blueberries, Kiwi, D'Anjou Pears, Red Potatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Waxed Yucca, Red Seedless Grapes and Mangoes.

This weeks' Bahamian Grown Produce at The Market Supermarket: Unseeded and Seeded Cucumbers, Green, Orange, Red and Yellow Peppers - Grown and Packaged by Lucayan Tropical Produce Ltd., Nassau; Bottled Tomatoes - Processed by Hannamae Anderson, Deep Creek, Eleuthera.; Thyme - Grown by Farmers of South Eleuthera.

Mexican Fiesta
Make dinner fun and have a Mexican Fiesta! Prepare a delicious Corn and Black Bean Salad using chopped green and red peppers, celery, onions,jalapenos, corn, and black beans. Add canola oil and red wine vinegar,salt and pepper. Serve with rolled up tortillas filled with refried beans, chopped tomatoes, salsa and cheese. Add quesadillas to your meal by spreading grated cheese on half of a tortilla, top with a few jalapenos,fold in half and grill or fry in a pan. This Mexican style dinner is a welcome change to mealtime. Try it tonight.
